Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support production planning and procurement strategies.
- Supplier Management: Evaluate and manage supplier performance, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
