Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Calendly. This role is critical in driving our people operations strategy, cultivating an engaging work environment, and supporting our diverse, global workforce. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while also ensuring the seamless delivery of HR processes and programs.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Contribute to the development of organizational strategies that support a high-performance culture.

Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, ensuring alignment with company values and policies.

Talent Management
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
- Lead initiatives to retain, develop, and promote top talent.

Culture & Engagement
- Promote Calendly’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Operations
- Oversee HR compliance, including employment laws, policies, and procedures.
- Manage benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
- Leverage HR analytics to track metrics and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience working in a high-growth, tech or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and analytics tools.
