Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Java Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Java applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies and suggest new tools and technologies to improve the development process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
• Experience with RESTful web services, SQL databases, and Git
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
