Job Title: IT Business Analyst Lead

Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will gather requirements, facilitate team meetings, and collaborate closely with software quality assurance and testing teams during agile sprints. Your leadership will help shape our product outcomes and drive project success.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with a strong understanding of software development processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate productive team meetings
• Ability to gather requirements and document requirements effectively
• Proficient in agile methodologies and practices
• Experience working with software quality assurance and testing teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for client meetings or team collaborations, as needed
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
