**Overview:**
Join a leading Fortune 500 Medical Device company as a Clinical Site Lead (CSL) and play a pivotal role in advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes. In this important position, you will oversee the integrity of clinical trial site operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practices. You will be responsible for managing essential documents, data collection, and field monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and continuous quality improvement.
**Required Skills:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in natural sciences, pre-medicine, nursing, bioengineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of clinical trial monitoring experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and training abilities to effectively engage with site personnel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and Good Clinical Practices.
**Preferred Education and Experience:**
- Familiarity with cardiac, vascular, and/or neuromodulation technologies.
- Previous experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company, or relevant clinical/hospital environment.
**Other Requirements:**
- Remote position, ideally located near Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, or Chicago, IL.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% depending on clinical trials.
- Part-time role, approximately 25-30 hours per week.
- 12-month contract with a possibility for extension.
