Occupational Therapist 
Provider Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be working one on one with developmentally delayed babies and toddlers who qualify for Early Intervention services. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible in:
	- Utilizing their clinical knowledge and skills to help the child reach their gross motor milestone goals.
	
- Educate and guide parents and caregivers to ensure carryover between sessions. Sessions are prescribed from 1-5 times per week for 30 or 60 minutes.
	
- They can create their own schedule and workload based on personal availability and preferences.
	
- They will be a part of a care team that will include the family, care coordinators, other service providers, and Bloomer Health support staff.
Qualifications:
	- A degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited university
	
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license with the NYS Office of Professions
	
- At least 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-5 years and their families
	
- DOH Approval is great, but not a must
	
- Ability to independently set and manage a caseload, process documentation in a timely manner and effectively communicate with families and Bloomer Health personnel
