We are looking for a dynamic Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative team dedicated to transforming customer service interaction worldwide. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring that our software consistently meets high standards of scalability, reliability, and user-friendliness.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and guide the team in building advanced software using .NET Core and React.
- Make critical architecture decisions, enhancing software quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate on functional requirements to technical design translation, sprint guidance, and problem-solving.
- Utilize modern technologies such as APIs, cloud integrations, RabbitMQ, Auth0, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among developers.
Great to Have:
- Proficiency in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, PowerShell.
- Experience with React, .NET Core, API integrations, and REST services.
- Familiarity with databases like My/MsSQL, MongoDB, JSON/XML/SOAP.
Your Profile:
- Proven leadership abilities within a software development environment.
- Strong command of English and Dutch.
