Job Title: Passionate Registered Dietitian - Empower Lives with Nutrition

Overview:

This position involves performing thorough nutrition assessments and developing personalized care plans to enhance the health and quality of life of our long-term care and rehab residents. Required Skills:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification
• State of Massachusetts RD licensure or eligibility
• Expertise in medical nutrition therapy, geriatric nutrition, and care plan development
• Strong skills in EMR documentation and clinical data analysis
• Regulatory compliance knowledge (CMS/Joint Commission)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SERVSAFE or food safety training
• CPR certification

Preferred Education and Experience:
Applicants with experience in long-term care nutrition standards and interdisciplinary care coordination are highly valued.

Other Requirements:
Participation in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to state, federal, and Catholic health care guidelines are essential.
